My WTWSMS mod Crashes whenever I try to load it. Any suggestions?

Hello, I've been spending hours screwing around and trying to get my WTWSMS mod to work. I've followed tutorials and the the installation guide on the mod maker's forum here. One of two things happen when I try. It will either crash, or if I clear the gfx file (this is recommended on the forum) it will load the game up, but with no changes. Any advice? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There's a dedicated mod forum, I'd try my luck there as they'll be familiar with the set up.

Okay. I'll check it out. But it seems sorta inactive
