I have a huge empire as king of rus and many other titles , an imense list of vassals , and pretty high BB but im guessing that my vassals get some event that causes them to lose loyalty points in the tens cause despite them having loyalty as single digit gain/loss they still lose a lot of points. I saw many lose between 30-50 loyalty points in one month.
So is there an event they get because of the huge empire?

There is milion possible reasons for losing loyalty, but after reading your action answer is very simple:

BB points

everytime when you annex territory your nobles start to worry.
Long time ago I have played game of conquest shortly before conversion of files to Europa Universalis II. During last months because of my MAD conquest nobles has been loosing around 15 loyalty points in one month.

Do not forget that this my war of conquest has lasted only between 1416 - 1419 and right question is have many years are lasting yours war of conquest ??

Fast BB losing tip: Force vassalize people u have claims on but at the same time recognize their claims on the titles they hold (or the titles you have claims on and they hold).

If they sudden lose huge chunks of loyalty seemingly out of nowhere, it is by event, and most likely the vassal(s) have the 'Rebellious' trait. These will cause you troubles, even if they have a positive loyalty modifier.

But if you want to know why a specific vassal is losing loyalty, hover the mouse over the loyalty rating on his character screen, you get a break down of what is affecting his loyalty, and by how much.

I know how to hover over loyalty to see the modifiers and also i look in the ledger at the vassal list
However i am certain that its some kind of event cause at one point i got the situation under control... this month everyone was over 50 next month some guy had 20 loyalty ...now im certain he didnt have -30 loyalty change

If not bb rating then it could be fierce rivalry's, an under-powered chancellor, or king's personal traits (which affects your court's loyality). Are U a heritic, or excommunicated? Vassles and/or courtiers will ditch you for any number of reasons.

Until U can figure it out, start gifting every vassle with loyality under 30. If U have title to a rebellious vassle's castle, and he has lots of money, consider waging war on him and take his gold to use to bribe all the rest. It could get very dicey for an extended period of time, so be prepared to do whatever it takes to hold things together. But, if U run up a hugh debt, have high BB rating, poor chancellor, and are excommunicated--then just pack it in cause nothing will help your situation.

There is 1 other possible solution americanu197 problems.

If you have asked your vassal to give you his tittle you will loose 20 % of loyalty in all nobles. It is not important if you have become proud owner of new title or vassal have refused, because every similar demand is lowering loyalty 20 % !?
