I'm just amazed you actually managed to get a metal head. And yes, if you get one of those, don't vassalise. Just....pulverize them. Even if you're pacifist. Even if you're not allowed to. They're nothing but trouble.

Good, you deserved it. If you enslave entire civilisations, there should eventually be some backlash. Hope that Paradox makes the vassal and slave revolts happen more often and in a much more serious way. Historically, even relatively stable slave societies like the antebellum American South were rocked by slave revolts every few decades. That is pretty natural considering the nature of slave labor.

The American South would actually not be the best comparison to this situation. This is much more like the Peloponnesian War, A coalition of oppressed vassals and client states rising up and smashing their once greater overlord.

Ironically, any slaves in his own empire remain unliberated and extra oppressed in order to make up for the lost income of vassals and tributaries.

So with the former vassals and the door, and the the slavery banned the leader of the jthurix scientist rushed to complete their time dilation device they had to travel back in time and warn their predecessors about the impending uprising. It was with a sad heart scientist ptharb activated the device and traveled back in time to the time marker. THE CLOUD SAVE, dun dun dun.

For all the people saying i deserved to be rebled upon every single person i had vassalized aside from the metal heads had declared war on me at some point.
Also this is my first and possibly last time i shall play a slaver empire (although i do want to try out the new slaver types) i want to get the acheivement before utopia as i am unsure what will classfy as "slave" for cheivo in the new game.

So does the tick warscore stop or reverse if i capture the lead rebeler home world/ systems or do i need to capture all their planets to stop the ticking warscore?

This is literaly the first time that i have heard that a Vassal decalred war on hsi overlord
Let alone win...
View attachment 248003
Them declaring war is rare. They are weak and not sucidal after all.
Them winning is easy. They get 1 ticking Warscore per month ot so. Just for not being beaten.

I'm just amazed you actually managed to get a metal head. And yes, if you get one of those, don't vassalise. Just....pulverize them. Even if you're pacifist. Even if you're not allowed to. They're nothing but trouble.
Metalheads can be aquired via War, just like the Fanatical Purifiers (both work pretty similar).
Liberation would work too with Metalheads. In case conquest or destruction is unfeasible.

So does the tick warscore stop or reverse if i capture the lead rebeler home world/ systems or do i need to capture all their planets to stop the ticking warscore?
It happened to rarely to tell you from personal experience. But afaik the ticking warscore does not stop until you beat them.
That makes liberation wars kind of unfair for the Overlord.

Doesn't ticking war score stop when you occupy a planet? Even if they have more than one?
As I said: This did not actually happen to me thus far. So I can not speak from experience.
The reports say it keeps ticking, possibly even after you caputred all the worlds.

If that's true, it's obviously a bug. No other Paradox game does ticking warscore that way.
