Add a preview picture for the units in the 2nd post.

Well, It's not so bad to have cavalry unit sprites on the map, i suggest the Winged Hussar unit for Lv.2 Poland

1, Rename the .BMP files whatever you want
2, Edit the .SPR files with Notepad (you will know how to edit them when you open them

)

I will not alter a whole new sprite for Doppelsoldner or Samurai , just one new stand.bmp file

Great! It worked. I've now got both sets of Doppelsoldners on the same map - orginals for Germans, yours for Austria.
