I vote for #5, but I'd love to see you do a 3-layer one:

  1. Underground train
  2. Underground road
  3. Regular ground level human foot path :p
I've just started with this game, and I don't know what all the limitations are yet.

My firet city builder game was SimCity for MSDOS, which was far more limited. I never really tried beyond the SimCity for Windows, which was really only the original as reskinned for the Windows GUI but otherwise didn't add anything meaningful.

Well the game is pretty limited when it comes to vanilla. But if you will go modded and add many assets and MODs made by some crazy and amazing creators, well...it is completely a different game!
