my steam's EU3 Can't connect to paradox or unlock achievement

i bought EU3 in steam,but i cant connect to paradox connect. i can't unlock achievement too.
i want to know why

The server that did Paradox achievements, Paradox Connect, has been taken down permanently. In 5.2 achievements will be disabled in-game as well. They were only ever a beta feature, and turned out to be more trouble than they were worth. Also easily exploitable.
