Had a problem with sprites showing up after I installed the ones off your site. Seems you have MKJpolish palette listed for your level 2 Savoy sprites and it screws up all countries using MIN graphics when they hit LAND 11. Went through and changed them all to army palette 2 and they work fine.
it would be very good if you can convert Dutch and Swiss 17st cen. musketeers from Back to war...

Those are Civ 3 Units created by artists on CFC forums!
