My laptop crashes when the adapter plugged in on EU4

Hello guys,

I have an annoying problem. i tried many things but my laptop crashes when i attach my laptop's adapter, my laptop crashes and i can't do anything. I reinstalled the game but it didn't change anything. I had no such problem for a month when I first installed the game.

I have no problem if i don't plug in the adapter.

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ işlemci
Ram:8,192 (1x) MB, DDR3L RAM (1,600 MHz)
Display card: NVIDIA® GeForce® GT740M
