How do I get the holdings in my land into my hands if they are vassals of someone else? Other than losing the county on purpose to the person who owns the holdings and then taking it back from them, I don't know a way.

I don't meant the county itself I mean the bishopric or the city. I have the county but the bishop is vassal of someone else, how can I get it in my hands? I started the game this way so I don't know what to do about it, if I give someone the county, let's say my heir and give him all the lower titles will it take the bishopric away from the Duke who owns it or that is insufficient?
