I've finally played demo to the end without crashing at all last night so it's time to offer some input about it. Here's a couple things I see:
1.) Message pop-up for military leaders dying no longer have "GO TO" button that it had in EU3. I would like to see it back, so I know which fleets/armies is suddenly without leader and determine if it need to be assigned leader again. I usually prioritize leaders for certain armies/fleets based on their location. Alternatively, have message say which fleet/army was leader he was commanding (if applicable) at time of death. Certain other messages could use "GO TO" button, too, but I cannot at this time recall which one need it.
2.) Unlike Victoria II, you cannot click on and watch the battle between AI armies/fleets. Why? Would be nice to see this and it could provide some useful information on how an army of your potential enemy did in battle against another nation and accordingly adjust your strategy/tactics, if necessary, in future in case of war with that nation. Think of this as sending your military liaisons to observe the battle in person.
I may provide more input later below in this thread as I play it again or thought up of something.
