My game crashed on startup and all my game saves were deleted

I am using EGS. I was playing and again I couldn't save the game. I quit the game and when I wanted to play again it crashed. When I was able to run the game all my savegames were gone, as well as my created characters and realms.

Is there another place where I can post bugs.

Isn't it just EPIC messing up their infrastructure which is way worse than Steam so your saves are in the Epic cloud and Devs had to disable the cloud saves so you are able to play the game at all?

So now you have to start fresh with a different map maybe your other saves show up again if they reenable cloud saves.

Thank you for the explanation. Was there a way to disable cloud saving? And save games locally?
