The opinion modifiers present are in the save file, and if you feel like saving and editing that then you can delete them. You'd have to find the character whose opinion you wanted to change and their character ID from the game ( type 'charinfo 1' into the console in-game and hover over the portrait ) and then search for them in the save file.

There are... Open the save file in notepad and delete opinion modifiers.

This is why I never give land to my heir! The AI is very silly at times.

I only give land to male family members who have no claims on any of my titles, my vassal's titles, or titles at the same tier or higher than my own; are not in line to inherit any titles or any claims as previously described; and whose heir wouldn't be in line to inherit titles or any claims as previously described except his father's. And even then I do it as little as possible, only when I need to avoid going over the demense limit.
