Your expansion is weird tbh..
Why conquer all of Ireland but nothing of England..Ireland is only a stepping stone to get to the richer lands in South Britain without fighting the English fleet, you should own at least some parts of England already. Apart from that you can go through scotland and scandinavia into Novgorod and reconquest their cores from muscovy. I like that because it prevents Russia and at endgame when you already got enough attrition from all those lvl 8 forts I don't want to fight in Siberia
Why does Burgundy live? If you can't get the double inheritance just go for the normal one, release Burgundy as a vassal, ally all electors and reconquest. When you sieged Vienna dismantle the HRE, then take all of Austrian Burgundy in a single war for almost no AE. Burgundy is too rich not to own those lands. And dismantling the HRE is nice because no you can just take a bite out of Germany every few years without worrying about Austria
Going for Aragon is not really leading you anywere, especially if you want to PU Castile/Spain anyway. Go Italy->Balkans or no cb Byz right away
Why no alliance with the PLC, why no supporting heir (you got 4 diplomats). It's free monarch points and the PLC can be PUd in 1600
Putting your dynasty onto some other throne requires luck or save scumming, changing your dynasty to theirs is really easily, just kill your heir when you got a 70 year old king. So a France I always end up with Trastamara, as that allows me to get Spain as a PU.
