So, I had to do a clean re-install of Windows 10, but before I did, I took the files from C:/Users/USER/AppData/Local/ColossalOrder/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Assets and moved them to another hard drive.

After the new new installation of Windows and Cities Skylines, I took the files and copied them back in the aforementioned folder, but none of the are showing up in the content manager. :/

Weird thing is, I just quickly edited an in-game asset and it shows up in the same folder and in the content manager.
