I'm playing that last version for the first time and this never happened to me before. My emperor died and the new emperor inherited a court level 35 when his father had reached level 100!!
No explanation why anywhere and the only info on the info bar is that level 100 will be recovered in 20 years!!! How can that be possible if no artifacts providing court levels were lost and/or removed? Any hint will be very appreciated.
