First off: I am SURE they had no rebels pop up, i think there wasnt even unrest in the provinces.
Also they are part of the HRE, with me having the privilegia revoked, so that shouldn't change anything?!
Weird is also that they only got the 3 Irish provinces they had cores on, not the scottish ones.
Am I unaware of some event here? Or is this just an annoying bug?
(Oh and btw my other client state in blue doesn't seem to have the same problem)
