My city. Unfortunately I need a new CPU, it's really annoying to continue playing it (at around 200k population).
It runs ok but it has really annoying hickups, where when I scroll with WASD it stops and then jumps 2 screens ahead in the scrolled direction.

I made a video showing the city, got a bit long, just skim through it.


Anyone can recommend a good free video editing software so I can cut it down to 10min?
