Mods have been on the whole time and only now there is no ppl moving in. Houses and buisnesses are getting built but no one is moving into them. I have a suspicion that this has to do with my mod which keeps all demand bars maxed out but idk what is happening. Help would be appreciated.

Hmm, the default mods are missing from your log despite the -disableMods launch option not being used. That makes no sense :S

Try verifying game files through Steam. That should hopefully bring the mods back, maybe fix some other files that are causing issues.

I did that and nothing is changing. In order for me to relaunch the save game, I have to go into the game to select the save file. I have to do this because this is the only way I could download all the mods and assets used in the save file. Then I can go into the game and nothing is changing still. Should I reinstall City Skylines instead?

I could not subscribe to any of the mods in content manager/savegames. It just times out quickly and returns me back to content manager/savegames.

It won't load either, ,likely from the thousands of workshop you have subscribed. 6,000ish workshop.

Can you make another save game to post?

Do you have an older, previous saved game to post?

The default mods are on in the game save and in the content manager. I don't know why they would not be showing up in the log.

Very strange! Could you try deleting the log, starting the game and attempting to load the save, quit the game and then upload the newly created log? That'll force it to generate a new one if it's having problems overwriting the existing one, which will hopefully give us some useful insight to figure this out.

The size shouldn't matter. But if it loads for you, try saving it as a new name then post it here if possible.

Maybe the posted save is corrupt?

There are more mods enabled. It is mostly car and building assets (they are what make up the majority of the addons). I don't know why they wouldn't be showing up on the log. It is very possible that the save file is corrupted though. How do I make a new save of this city because that may be the problem.

Just save it with a new name. I just append a number to it. i.e. city1, city2, city3, etc. Or whatever is your preferred format.

This is a message which appears when I open up the game and the save file. This is related to a missing asset/mod which is not in the save file. I haven't thought much of it but this may be my issue. I don't know if it means anything but this did catch my attention.

Alright, mods show up in the log as they should, so that's good! I see a bunch of really old and really broken ones on there though, so let's clean up your mods and see if that helps! Unsubscribe these:
  • Enhanced Garbage Truck AI [Fixed for v1.4+] - broken
  • Skylines Overwatch [Fixed for v1.3+] - broken
  • BigCity (25 tiles mod) - not needed when you have 81 tiles
  • Improved Assets Panel - long broken, use Improved Content Manager instead
  • Sun Shafts (by Ulysius) - you already have the newer one by BloodyPenguin, so remove this broken one. Always make sure to remove the old mod when getting a replacement!
  • Tree Brush - old, and you don't need it since you have Extra Landscaping Tools
  • Dynamic Resolution (by nlight) - long broken, you already have the never one by Gradius Twin.
  • All 25 Areas purchasable - another 25 tile mod that you don't need, also you should never have 2 mods that do the same thing!
  • City Statistics Easy Access - very old and reports of issues, remove for now to be safe
  • Ploppable RICO - get Ploppable RICO Revisited instead
  • More Beautification - use Find It 2 instead
  • CinematicCamera - get Cinematic Camera Extended instead
  • ModTools - works just fine, but I really wouldn't recommend you play with this mod on unless you know what you're doing. It's not intended for regular gameplay.
  • Network Skins - get Network Skins 2 instead
Improved Assets Panel is causing the error you see, and Skylines Overwatch causes a lot of problems, so try fixing these mods, restart the game, make sure all the replacements are enabled and try loading your city again.
