My cd keys are not working

I have tried numerous times to email paradox interactive about this and forum admins and I have been ignored. I have purchased crusader kings 2, Eu3, as well as victoria 2 and all dlc for the games. It tells me I cannot register these games because they are in use on another account?

I purchased these titles, I expect access to the forums. I can log into my steam account and provide the cd key for each game. Please assist me with registered MY games I am sick of being denied forum access.

It would not be as aggrevating if multiple emails asking for support have not been ignored.

Did you use the e-mail address that the autoresponder supplies?
You might also try a polite PM to BjornB and ask him to look into the matter for you as he deals with the Game codes a lot.
