I'm Nat Spain, and the Italian volunteers arrive in Burgos, which is already occupied by the Republicans, they battle it out, with my army winning, but straight after they win, they get annihilated?!

You can use free file hosting to share save. And take a look on the foorums there are alot of posts on where to find the key for different sellers. witch one did u buy the game from. whud recomend a topic in general if u dont find old topic.
this bug happens to everyone but noone posted a savegame so it can't be confirmed.

that's because the bug is not reproduceable unfortunately.
I posted a save game and screenies from the game log so you guys could finally see that it's a bug - my game log clearly states that my units win the battle and then immediately are annihilated - unfortunately not reproduceable before hand.
I think you guys need to start simulating stuff - based on similarities on the reported cases - and check when it occurs.
From my case it was also when units are arrive in an enemy province (river present in Argentan), they got attacked immediately by the enemy and win their battle and are immediately annihilated. IIRC I had more then one unit arriving in Argentan - a 6 division corps and 2 3 division corps.
Well there was a fixed bug in 1.03 that would be a good candidate for the cause - please check if its fixed in 1.03.
