So I had just got the +1 core planets tech, and I had a nice system picked out - two habitable worlds and an Atomic age race on a third world.
So I send in my colonist and start the Frontier Clinic. About 6 months later I check in to see how every thing is going - and the population is up to six. Apparently, this really nice world has sparked immigration from my sectors and vassals.
This I decide is really good. I get to build the Planetary Administration way ahead of schedule. But some of these newcomers aren't human. And since there are now four species splitting the growth of 1.3/month (no time to build farms yet) its going to be forever to get to 10 population.
Is there anyway to direct growth? I've already decided to not clear any tiles. Would anything else help?
