Muslims: Prestige from own buildings

I think this one is bug: muslims gain +5 prestige "Prestige from own buildings" and I have no idea where does this come from. Only republics gain prestige from buildings and I confirmed this from building.txt. Also define.lua does not hint anything where this prestige comes from. Makes muslims rather OP to randomly gain +5 monthly prestige.

I need to check this out with the dev team to be 100% certain, but if I remember correctly, you get the bonus if you play an independent muslim ruler (playing as a vassal does not give you the bonus)

If that is it, leaving aside the misleading description (it has nothing to do with your buildings), the amount is seriously out of line (5/month compared with being a king 0.8/month)
