I've been unable to reproduce this when doing the above mentioned steps. Do you by any chance have any save game that you can upload so that we can take a closer look at it.

A quick update. After some further investigation, we've been able to reproduce this and have now added this to our internal database. Cheers for spotting this!
Update: This is concidered quite serious, but I can't give an estimate on when a fix will be out for the issue... however, this issue might have found a way for possible wife sharing in the game :blink:
