Therefore, could it be said that starting from the Age of Absolutism it's better to go mysticist? Use your absolutism/admin eff to conquer wide, then myticism piety interaction to recover manpower lost in the war. Does it make sense?

If you have more than 100 Absolutism occasionally debasing and then buying down corruption for a free loan is still viable and essentially zero cost, because of Absolutism-per-year growth from various sources

No. The bonuses for legalism are just better. Ad later in the game you will probably have far less tags to get mysticism from.

With stuff like yearly absolutism you can continue debasing no problem, as long as you're over 100 absolutism.
