I love the wonderful game music which is for me an integral part of the gameplay but I really dislike that it's that quite in the background. I did max the music volume in the settings menu and it's still much lower as I would like to have it. I also don't want to use workarounds like setting all other sound slider to low and increase my system volume or to mute in-game music entirely and play the OST in an external player. Stellaris has its own music player. It should allow me to set the volume high enough that my ears explode if that is my wish!

For comparison:
- I opened one ogg music file from the Stellaris install music directory with a media Player, setting volume to 100%
- Fired up Stellaris and played the same track in the in-game music player while setting the Music volume to max in the options menu

Result: the in-game music volume appears to be like roughly 30 to 40% of the media player volume.

There is a settings file in Documents -> Paradox that has an entry for music volume, but the game seems not not recognize anything above 100% in there if I edit that.

Is there a known solution to this that? If not I'd really appreciate if Paradox could fix this at some point.

I have no mods installed and did reproduce this issue on a second computer with fresh OS and Stellaris installation. The issue is independent from which music track I test.
