Simple, cede the Finnish/Tartar/Siberian/Ukrainian/Caucasian/Chinese/Japanese land to their respective countries, keep only the 1, and the government will never be bothered by the grant citizenship problems again...

This must be the most controversial post I have seen for a while.
Well, not everyone is keen to building walls to hide beneath them; some prefer to deal with the enemies by conquering their lands.

You want to say extremely racist and ban material on some forums.
This is the kekest post I've seen today.
Now that was fine contribution. Just report the post and let the topic die on its own.

I love how most russian posts about 1.8 start with rantings and "omfg, nerfed!" histeria.
And then those people invade topics about Eastern Europe and accuse people in nationalism
Now AI Muscovy can't annex 2/3 of Novgorod in 1 war, now Muscovy can't consume Manchu, Ming and India in lategame and Oirat is a bit of a challenge for them.
For players such changes mean that they can't go rampage over the whole Asia till XVIII century and return back with 500k armies and 1.5kk manpower pool to drown Europe in russian blood.

Do you not write the word "Russian" with R capitalized on purpose?

For me Muscovy was one of the most op country in 1.7. Their manpower was insane and conquering them was bloody cause of attrition, so i am really happy to see them a bit nerfed

The thing is, they're not even truly nerfed. Not more than the other great powers.

This topic is mostly about OP being nerfed by 1.8 :p

Zack, you are constantly doing that yourself with Russian topics. "And then those people invade topics about Eastern Europe and accuse people in nationalism". You use the same logic and words again "nationalists, nationalism, Russian blood, don't want to play for their Motherland".
I understand your obsession given the colors of your avatar but frankly you are becoming boring.

I'm glad Muscovy has been nerfed. It was the most OP country, easiest nation to play, not fun not challenging at all and very unrealistic.....russia stronk boring.

Not true. Russia is no longer a SINGLE east slavic cultural union. Both Ruthenia and Russia can coexist, both being cultural unions (I believe it's a bug). But that's an offtop, sorry.
Probably not a bug no, there is a precedent: Both a fully formed HRE and Germany are Germanic cultural unions, and nothing prevents the two countries to exist at the same time (albeit it can be difficult to do). :)

Therefore, Russia and Ruthenia could both be the Cultural union of West Slavic, with Ruthenia more centered on Ruthenian/Byelorussian lands and accepting Russians when Russia is centered on Russian lands and accept the two other cultures. Nothing wrong with that and it makes the game interesting. :)

I'll just quote this from Ruthenia decision

NOT = { exists = RUS } #Ruthenia is alternative to Russia, both shouldnt coexist

well, you have to see if the Russian formation also has a not exist Ruthenia. Otherwise, Ruthenia could be formed first and then Russia second ;).
I didn't know about this condition.

No, there is not such a condition in Russian formation. Yes, that is the way - Ruthenia first, Russia second. Anyway, I think devs should make up their mind on this metter, because currently things are a bit schizophrenic. In any case, no point discussing this anymore.

Muscovy is one of the most powerful countries in the game.
As pretty much the only orthodox in the area a pick for religious and 400 adm points gets you a very good cb on every neigbour.
A day 1 dow on khazaria gets you a hord vassal which cb you can use to attack the other hords, feed it with provinces you can't convert and have wrong culture on.

An unstable Luthaina who have alot of orthodox provinces with good culture is something that you should attack early, get its WE high and it will break into little pieces for easy wars later.

Sweden will try to break free, dow them and take land from them.
Livonian order can be turned into a vassal for catholic feeding.

Mercs are very good to use as muscovy allowing you to basicly stay at war infintly.
Soon you own the world.
