Well, you wouldn't NEED world war one, but without it technology should actually be behind considerably(as well as doctrines) and there'd be a general change of "mood" due to the lack of that slaughterhouse. Probably more imperialistic reasons for war, too..I haven't read your AAR though.

Does anyone want to actually help in regards to the daunting task of reassigning ministers, leaders, etc?

Scandanavia for example really only needs a modified leader and minister file to incorporate Norwegian and Finnish leaders and ministers at this time. In addition I need to know which German leaders are from southern germany and which are not, I have all the historical Field Marshalls sorted out, but noone else. Same goes for the former US.

- Altered borders between Canada and the former United States to represent their boundries in the AAR after Red September. North Dakota, northern Minnesota, Maine and the Upper Michigan Peninsula to Canada.

- Have most of British Naval OOB done, all it needs is sorting into squadrons and such.

- Decided on former USA getting 60% of its current IC at the start of the Mundus scenario, giving them 99 IC instead of the 165 IC they would get otherwise. Primary targets of the 66 IC to be transferred are Canada (~20 IC), Cascadia (~15 IC), Deseret (~5 IC), Plate (~5 IC), USCA (~5 IC), Brazil (~5 IC), Ottoman Empire (~10 IC).

Settled on the following arrangement...

Former USA, 99 IC
Canada, 26 IC (26)
Cascadia, 15 IC (41)
Deseret, 5 IC (46)
Ottomans, 10 IC (56)
Plate, 5 IC (61)
Brazil, 5 IC (66)

...now to decide on the exact placement of new IC and then code.

July 11th, 2005

- Settled on new Canadian IC Layout. Details in post about American IC Redistribution.

- Coded the new Canadian, Deseret and Cascadia Layouts.

July 12th, 2005

- Completely Overhauled Ottoman Empire IC Layout. Added American IC, drastically reduced IC in Balkans and Caucuses and added a lot of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Anatolia.

- Finished the rest of the IC Redistribution by adding 5 IC to both Brazil and Plate while removing what needed to be removed from the former United States.

- German Ministers are all now in place

- Got the former USA ministers all working, beginning to work on sorting them by where they are born and such.

- Did Deseret Ministers

- Added claims for Deseret to conform at least in part to this map....

- Sorted the default USA Ministers into Canadian, CSA, Cascadia and former USA Minister Files. Have a few interesting ideas lining up.

- Crafted the default CSA Ministers and Cabinet

July 27th, 2005

- Got a new Deseret flag thanks to Jubal and Afalsejedi

- Made the Deseret Army OOB, only need to raise their morale to a higher level then normal to simulate religious convictions.
