Currently, if you have multiple colonized worlds with spaceports in a system, and have a fleet stationed at each, and task each of those fleets to upgrade, they will all fly to the same planet to do so, clogging up the queue and maneuvering around efficiency. (I am no longer sure looking back if this was actually the case, or if the other fleets in the system were simply not actually in orbit as I thought they were. I do not have the ability to test this currently. Have mercy if I am incorrect)
