Multiple Centers of Trade?

Looking for some advice here. So playing as Venice I started with one CoT, but in a recent war I conquered Genoa so now I have two. What should I do with it? Keep it? Destroy it?

If its not a core you take a 15% penalty for trading in other nations CoTs. You could destory it but be sure to scoop everyone into your trade league as fast as you can to stop hansa nicking them.
