From where did you get that there is even a multiplayer mode? I haven't heard anything at all of that :/

I worded this poorly. "Is there updated information on whether or not there will be a Mulitplayer Mode?" is what I should have posted.

Then so far, and probably in the future the answer is no. I don't know how the game would play multiplayer. Even less why. The game is an RPG, and not one with a party system, so the addition of a multiplayer mode, if any will point towards a free-for-all of blood and diablerie. Which make me guess that, if at all, a multiplayer mode may come out with the Sabbat DLC
