Me and some friends, who mostly just bought AoD, are trying to set up a MP game. At first, we tried connecting to each other directly but that didn't work. Next, we tried GameRanger.
At first, with patch 1.05, some of us could connect to the host, but he couldn't select scenarios, while others just stayed in the main menu.
After that, we decided to patch to 1.06 alpha3. That was also very unsuccessful: this time we couldn't even join each other. The host would host, then get in the main menu, while the rest of us were "Waiting for host...".
Any help? Suggestions?
By the way, all of us bought the game on steam, but that shouldn't make any difference here, I believe.
