Hey people,
I started a game with a friend on the new Utopia patch and he has the DLC while I do not. Everything worked perfectly until we took a save and came back to it later, upon which I could no longer see or choose my created race to play as in the game.
I saved the race like normal however I cannot pick it for single player due to it using DLC features that I do not own, which makes me think that the game is not considering me having the DLC upon race selection.
Anybody else have similar issues or a fix? The thought we had was trying to transfer the DLC files just so the game thought I had them when I launched but that's bordering on piracy and I would rather a proper fix...
