  • Crusader Kings III Available Now!

The realm rejoices as Paradox Interactive announces the launch of Crusader Kings III, the latest entry in the publisher’s grand strategy role-playing game franchise. Advisors may now jockey for positions of influence and adversaries should save their schemes for another day, because on this day Crusader Kings III can be purchased on Steam, the Paradox Store, and other major online retailers.

It is very likely that it does not need any further discussion and thus bumping it serves no purpose. If you feel it is necessary to make a new reply, you can still do so though.

My buddy and I just spent the last hour trying to play with no success. First, he hosted on his mediocre DSL and we got disconnected within 5 seconds after joining. We tried that several times and figured maybe it was his bandwidth so I hosted on my 600/40 cable modem and the same thing happened another handful of times.

It worked fine a month or two ago. In case it matters, he's on Windows and I'm on Linux.

Edit: just wanted to add that it takes quite a long time to get the list of games from US East server ... might be related.
