That is certainly vital and necessary. Additional info here of OOS numbers, particular circumstances that seem to trigger crashes are also useful, but submitting the dumps is vital.

Any action from the new DLC (developping included if you dont have an institution) on the first day after a rehost/host seems to be the main culpit of any crash.

We had a few crashes in the game, advised players to send the info in bug forum too... We did manage to play a whole hour with 15 players until first crash... But after that we had 3-4 crashes in the next hour... one quite early

Yeah, it's ridiculous, took us 45 minutes to get the game to run somewhat good.

At least there were no out of synchs, just crashes to desktop, random difficulty settings being set to Hard (???) and stuff..

To be fair, most of the early crashes was due to a corrupt save somehow... But getting them and finding the error is still kinda stressful when you have 15 players coordinated for a short period of time, also for streaming... Have advised players to report, and describe what happened and what they did...

When we have two community sessions this sunday @StarNaN, that´s 30 players in total along with some spectators... We will advise all players that crash to send the information... Is it sufficient to use the "send" button when restarting, or should it be more than that?

We mostly went on for some time when a crash occured, mainly due to the session being streamed... But when enough people crashes, we rehosted the thing to have most players in...

Uploading the dump here as well helps us know what crashes it is that happens in MP. If any player gets logs, those would also be helpful. There is apparently more than one crash that makes MP unstable.

Hello, I have 2 recurring issues while playing multiplayer that happened yesterday in our mp sessions .
First type of issue is that my game timer stops and game does not respond, after some time I get huge list of sync errors in a notification window(It was different than standard sync error that usually happens) and I'm unable to play the game because I dont catch up other players game time. This problem seems to happen on the end of the session or after longer play time in multiplayer. It was not really a crash so not dump file here I think.
Second type of issue is crash that happens without any notification, it just drops you to desktop. I know that some players had the same crash in the same multiplayer and I dont think I came across of this kind of crash before 1.18 update. I think it happened also 1 week ago and I have dump file but its empty.
I'm playing with all major expansions and some of the minor DLC's enabled, no mods. I attached DxDiag and dump file from yesterday.

Cheers, hope it would be fixed as fast as possible !

I was struggling to find logs in relation to my crash last week. Mind giving a file directory where they'd be stored automatically?
C:\Users\USER\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\logs is where you find the logs if you use windows.

I think Krabbz and Spambucca had crashes too... Someone did too in the second community session, have tried to contact them aswell to get you the logs... Hope it will aid in a fix...

Thanks! That's where I thought they were, but my crash didn't appear in there so thought it may have been somewhere else :(

Another attempted multiplayer session another 45 minutes of people getting random "game stopped working" or just crashes to desktop until it started going without issue.

If Hotjoin worked at least or you didn't have to reload the entire game to re-open the lobby.........

So no multiplayer stability improvements with the beta patch?
Not sure if it was intended... but in our community test game (yes we tested the beta to see if worked better) we had some of the players who regularly dropped, play for 4-5 hours... He did kinda slow us down a little, but he didn´t drop out like the casual game just one day before with same amount of players on 1.18...

That´s one of the reason we are updating our current MP to 1.19 though we need to adjust a few things and make some workarounds for some of the bugs present...

We just played 5 hours with 12 players (2 were observers/recorders) and there were 1 crash... well apart from a few crashes even before starting...
