I edited some of my character events files to make things easier when I have a huge court. Do I need to reinstate the original files in order to try multiplayer? And what version do you need to be running? I'm running the June beta patch right now. I saw some people setting up an American time zone game which would be great for me, given I live in California.

I'm such a noob at multiplayer, though.

Yes, you need to have exactly the same version (all files) as the other players.

You can check the "What do you need to know to play EU2 MP?" from my sig, it applies to CK MP too. If you have any questions still, please post here or PM me :)
