Hello, my friend and i encountered this problem exactly one year ago. We are currently unable to play on multiplayer due to different OS systems. He runs Windows 8, I run on mac OSX Yosemite. When we enter a game The game IMMEDIATELY DESYNCS one day in. These are the steps we have taken to fixing this (We love this game so we've gone ALL out)
-Rebooted our computers multiple times
-Uninstaleld and reinstalled the game
-Checked cache
-Played with mods
-Played without mods
-... I think rebooting our computers shows enough to be honest.
HEAD NOTE: My friends window computer was replaced during this time, he ran off a mac for a week, and we were able to play. That is how I know it's a cross platform issue.
