I dont see why the language difference would make it any different. When you offer to marry one of my royalty (in german), you'd be sending out a code saying somehting like
propose=eventXX
and then id choose in swedish to reply no
it'd send out
answer=eventXXno
As I understand it
The only difference should be that you just see the 'name' of the event in german and id see it in swedish.
