Is it right, that the highest level of sprite the level 9 is?

Level 0 = without "L-x"
Level 1= ...L-1.spr
and so on.

So it is not possible to incorporate more levels.

With my testings the level 13 battleship does have the lowest level of sprites (maybe level 0)

without "L-x" notation is the same like L-1, but without "L-x" does get priority.

So we may have only nine different sprite levels? :eek:

Yes, there was a mistake, but I think you do not know, what...

Level till L-17 does work, just testet. But if one unit does not have a sprite of its own, it will be presented by L-1 or if there is also an spr.-file without leveling, it will take this.

So a level 5 unit does have its level 5 sprite. But the level 6 unit (no definded level 6 sprite) will get the level 1 sprite (or without notation).

Oh i learnt a lot but i thought you get the point ;)

Tech 0 = Level 1 or "wihout >L-x<-Notation" So we have two possible sprite levels for the tech = 0! Thats the point.

Sprites may also look like: T-BATTLESHIP C-USA L-1.spr or T-BATTLESHIP C-USA.bmp --> both represent tech level = 0.

And the last version makes the version with the leveling (L-1) obsolet if existing.
