Multi-display problems on Linux

I can switch Stellaris to my second monitor by editing the settings.txt file, but mouse clicks will not register on the second monitor leaving the game stuck on the main menu with only the keyboard shortcuts working. Is there a way to fix this? To clarify, this is for full-screen mode. I don't have this issue in windowed mode.

Also, my full-screen isn't the correct size on the second display.

I don't believe there is any way to get the game running in fullScreen mode on a second monitor under any OS, sorry.
