They're supposed to be different provinces (Dividing the ID by 6 or so and looking at the remainder), but as you can see its not working very well.

The shapes seem to be right, but the read ids are off, causing the colors to be wrong.

There will probably be a problem with the game's hardcoded MAXPROVINCE constant, but I think shifting provinces around and changing shapes will work.

But can't you already change IC and stuff in db\province.csv?

Oh yes, i know that, it's only that i've just woke up...

But if it's not possible to add new provinces... would be possible to put the actual offmap provinces into the map? (as "onmap" provinces)
