OK, so I launch operation Barbarossa in 1941, only to find a very big surprise in store for me. I attack a few soviet divisions with 24 armored divisions (panther and Tiger I), and I get creamed because my tanks are fighting at 15% because of muddy weather 
So my question is, when does muddy weather show up? Is it only in the winter months, or does it stick around the whole time? Hopefully it's only in the open terrain right? I'd hate to think I wasted my time researching and building tanks.
