How often do you guys who play online actually do game? I just really want to play a game with another thinking thing right now.

Once a week. As a general rule, if you want a quick pickup game, you're better off with HoI, or even EU2. Better still, a mindless RTS; Pdox games aren't really that suited for quick games, what with the long timescales that really can't be finished in one sitting.
