I've like to suggest to move your capital over continental borders to the default capital of your tag like if capital of Sweden is in Afrika for some reason they can move it back to Stockholm the same way they can move it to any place in Africa since Stockholm is the capital of the tag. This means that a country that have its capital on the wrong continent could move it back to default capital. One example where the current system becomes a little odd is Armenia that breaks free from Georgia first and then get the rest of the armenian land. For that country it is impossible to move your capital from Samtcckshtse(hope it was spelled right) in Europe to Yerevan in Asia. This could also help a Portugal forced to Africa or South America to come back to Europe and Lisboa or even a Ottoman forced out of Europe to move it back to Constantinople if it has used the decision
There could surely be other good or less good examples of this but I think you get my point why I want it. Mark that I don't want it to be free movement of the capital between the continents.
