On the province interface, there's a little button at the top with a crown in it. That moves your capital.

As for changing it back, each monarch can only move capitals once. You'll have to wait for your Basileus to kick off.

Did you change your primary title? IIRC when you do that, your capital changes to the location of this title.

To change it back click on the province in which you want to have it and in the top left corner there's a crown. You can move your court once per ruler.
