His games are his pride & passion. He coded Eu2 not because some big organization such as Microsoft or Electronic Arts picked 10 random guys with random interests to code a game that didn't interest them. Nope. 
He's done this from the start because this is his interest in history, so I really understand why he continues to support the game.

And now, a question, because this is, after all, the main reason we were after the commands. Can the closure of Flanders be coded into the Dutch revolt events? There are two options, depending on how the code is structured:
1) The simpler idea. Change the event that gives a CoT in Holland to move it from Flanders using MoveCoT.
2) The idea I prefer, if possible. Remove the CoT in Flanders at the initial revolt event (in each for FRA/BUR/SPA/HAB/ENG) and then leave the createCoT event for Holland as is, so that there is no CoT there during the internal chaos.

And probably the Mecklenburg CoT to Sweden as the Hanse became more and more unimportant.

EDIT: Also, Novgorod to Moscow,perhaps Venice and/or Genoa to Vienna, and finally, rather more controversially, Malacca to Atjeh.
About the Novgorod, Muscowy CoT.
It should be at Ingermanland in reality. All the russian trade flew through the city Narva to Western Europe that´s why Sweden got so wealthy in short time. (And having some right on the trade taxes in Danzig helped, too!)
