I was looking through the game files and found so many events tied to Muscovy/Russia that I hardly ever saw in my campaign. Turns out they are only triggered by a 2 year pulse that also includes a long list of other genereic events https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/List_of_event_lists. The random events alone make the likelihood of a unique Russian event popping up increasingly small. Some of these events are really cool, I didn't know that as a Tsardom your steppe provinces can flip culture if you don't convert their religion or that a sobor can be summoned if you're fighting in a hard war. I've played Muscovy for a few years and all I've seen so far are the same metropolitant and streltsy events, it feels like such a waste knowing that I missed so much content.
