This is purely a display problem, but when you look up where your yearly merchants come from you are not told that a specific amount came from DP settings. The total listed, however, is correct.
And while we're on the topic, I see no reason why each DP setting isn't listed seperately (when applicable) in the merchants, missionaries, colonists, and diplomats section. For example, when I move the mouse over colonists, instead of:
