Mouse Sticky/Jumpy in Demo

Playing on a new laptop, map sticks when trying to pan around with mouse, then suddenly jumps. Never had this problem with other Paradox games (and I've played them ALL!) Very annoying problem. Anyone else seeing this? Will the release be like this?

Same for me, simply coz the game laggs. Was terrible when I had settings to 100%

I prefer to scroll the map with the keys, no such problems then
