Mouse offset

Hi!
I just recently got the game and managed it to work, and i'm enjoying it so far! However, there's one tiny thing that i could never fix, but is very annoying, that the mouse is actually a bit upper than it's shown, which makes it very frustrating to click small icons. Is there anything i can do to solve it?
For reference, i'm using this program to get a borderless windowed in 4k resolution:

Nevermind, the borderless thing was causing it, solved.

@Abrams12 Love that you have solved it but you did the classic internet forum thing where you said you solved it but not HOW.

I have the exact same issue with the same application. Could you share your insights?
