Mouse not showing up

Exactly what it say on the tin.

Just bought the game, it loads fine, except when it finishes loading the mouse pointer does not show up. If I move my mouse, I can still click on things, but it takes a lot of guess work to figure out what it is.

Help please.

Please post a DxDiag of your computer.

Open your Start menu
Type "dxdiag" in the search field (without quotes)
Open the dxdiag program
A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
Open the file and copy and paste the text between [NOPARSE]

I've also updated the drivers on my mouse that still didn't fix anything.

Are you using any special mouse setup, like mouse trails or custom software for it? If so try turning that off.

The problem is now fixed. Thank you very much. :wub:

For those who may have the same problem: I was using mouse trails, hidden when typing, and when you press Ctrl it would show where the mouse pointer is. Turned them all of, and it is all good now.
